Welcome to Kesiritoto. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the Kesiritoto platform, including the website at kesiritoto.net, the mobile app, and all services provided by us ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and Kesiritoto.

Use of the Kesiritoto Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Being located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is legally permitted.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion program operated by a relevant regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting as a representative or agent of any third party in the use of this platform.

Kesiritoto reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to verify age eligibility will be suspended without notice until verification is successfully completed.

3.1 Account Registration

To use Kesiritoto's paid services, you must register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account at Kesiritoto. Owning multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another identity — is a serious violation. Kesiritoto reserves the right to suspend all related accounts and forfeit all balances if this violation is confirmed.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Kesiritoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in securing your account. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

3.4 KYC Verification

All members are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before making their first withdrawal. Required documents may include a national identity card, bank statement, and proof of current address. The KYC process ensures the security of your funds and helps us meet regulatory requirements.

Kesiritoto supports a wide range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysia players, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, debit cards, bank transfers, and crypto.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via FPX, digital wallets, and DuitNow QR are processed instantly within seconds. Instant bank transfers take 5–15 minutes depending on the bank used. Kesiritoto does not charge processing fees for deposits, except for crypto deposits which may be subject to network fees.

4.2 Ownership of Deposited Funds

You may only deposit funds that are legitimately owned by you. Kesiritoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source or does not match the account holder's name, it will be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended pending a security review.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier. Refer to the Deposit page for the latest limit information. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to standard members.

Kesiritoto offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirement

Before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn, wagering requirements must be met. These are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 30x requirement means a RM 100 bonus must be wagered to a total of RM 3,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a limited validity period. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered. The expiry date is shown on the bonus claim screen.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Kesiritoto reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses and associated winnings if bonus system abuse is suspected, including low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Kesiritoto's decision in such matters is final.

Kesiritoto is committed to processing all valid withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed in under 3 minutes for members who have completed KYC.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Wagering requirements for all active bonuses must be met first.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 (subject to payment method).

6.2 Processing Time

Most withdrawals are processed automatically within 3–15 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits or requiring manual review may take up to 24 business hours. VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing.

6.3 Security Checks

Kesiritoto reserves the right to hold withdrawals for additional security review under certain circumstances, including unusual account activity or when KYC details need to be updated. In such situations, our team will contact you via your registered email.

All games available on Kesiritoto use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and free from any manipulation.

7.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In cases where a technical error affects a game result, Kesiritoto reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet.

7.2 System Errors

If a software or system error results in an incorrect payout, Kesiritoto reserves the right to void and reverse that payout. Wins arising from system errors or erroneous displays are invalid.

7.3 Game Records

All game transactions are recorded in the Kesiritoto system. These records serve as the official and definitive evidence for any disputes relating to game history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kesiritoto platform:

• Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Owning or using more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party programs to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting identified errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Transferring funds between player accounts without Kesiritoto's authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusing the bonus system through deliberate low-risk wagering.

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may close your Kesiritoto account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements and bonus conditions must be fulfilled. Any remaining balance (after all conditions are met) will be returned via the original payment method.

9.2 Closure at Kesiritoto's Initiative

Kesiritoto reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated period.
• Request from relevant authorities.

9.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Kesiritoto supports responsible gaming and offers a voluntary self-exclusion option. You may suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months through your account settings. During the suspension period, you will not be able to login or make deposits.

11.1 Limitation of Responsibility

Kesiritoto is not liable for any indirect, consequential losses or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of Kesiritoto.

11.2 Service Disruptions

Kesiritoto does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and external disruptions may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable. Kesiritoto will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned maintenance.

11.3 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the gaming decisions you make. Betting carries financial risk and you should only play with funds you can afford to lose. Kesiritoto encourages all players to set personal limits and play responsibly.

Kesiritoto reserves the right to revise, modify, or supplement any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Kesiritoto platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.1 Language and Interpretation

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other language version of these Terms, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail as the primary reference.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
